Thinking differently about your business
 On Thursday 3rd July 2008, Acumen launched their Performance Measurement and Improvement (PMI) system at a morning seminar held at The Manor House, Godalming. With attendance from a range of Directors and Managers of owner managed businesses and SMEs, the event was a huge success as Acumen encouraged delegates to think differently about their business, and how through the PMI system they could:
- Increase their profits
- Significantly reduce their tax bills
- Improve cashflow
- Make the business more valuable
